This project investigates the neural bases of anosognosia for hemiplegia in right and left brain-damaged patients using the modern lesion mapping method and voxel-wise statistical comparisons. The project involves direct data collection and require basic knowledge about lesion mapping and analysis. The project requires the use of the software MRIcron and NiiStat for data analysis. The study will be carried in the ASST Grande Ospedale Metropolitano Niguarda in Milan.
